Instructions

Preparation: Mix with hot milk. Top with whipped cream, if desired. Stovetop: Heat 8 oz of milk in a small pan. Add 3 tbsp of Ghirardelli Hot Cocoa and stir. Heat, while stirring, until steaming. Do not boil. Microwave: Pour 8 oz of milk into a mug or cup and heat on high for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes or until desired temperature. Remove from microwave and stir in 2 tbsp of Ghirardelli Hot Cocoa.

I love this chocolate! And I love being able to make it as chocolaty as I want!! So I prefer the package where I can measure it out myself instead of the pre-packaged one cup each package which is sold also. I had to really hunt to find the package sold by the ounces instead of x number of pre-packaged cup size to a package. Sometimes when I have trouble getting to sleep, a cup of this chocolate and a piece of toast and I sleep like a baby.
