Yep these are good. If you have IBS or any just a unhappy stomach, these help with that, at least for me. Sometimes they can be a little "gritty" like the strawberry didn't get blended enough, but it's not an issue cause you know what it is. They have a tad more of a fermented taste than something you know, like a danimals. But it's the ever so slightest hint.

These are GREAT!!!

I love these smoothies! Yogurt, smoothies with probiotic. The taste is out of this world. I could drink more than one a day if I could afford it. lol. They would be good for the elderly because they are filling and they are a gut drink/like a fiber. These are just so so good. Always get the strawberry banana. (I like that they are called Lala cause that reminds me of Banana’s in Pajamas cartoon that my daughter watched when she was little before 2000) they do have these in other flavors. I also like that they are 7 ounces because the small ones I got from a different brand were just not enough. But these are. And yes, I like the cartoon too.

A newer yogurt drink!

I found these yogurt drinks quite by accident. Looking for something more healthy to drink, I came upon these. First big decision…..which flavor? I started with pecan, then strawberry, then a strawberry banana. There's one with coconut and one with a tropical fruit, can't remember which, but they are all good. I keep a good supply in my fridge at all times. I have one when I get up, not a coffee drinker, and during the day for a little pick me up. Not overly sweet, just a pleasant drink that contains yogurt.
