It kills anything within a 10 mile radius of it. Generic Listerine.... It holds a sting in your mouth. I am not saying it is refreshing, it just for me, flat out burns the skin off the inside of your mouth. I do not use it, but my hubby does. I don't know who he uses this stuff, but each to their own.
