Almased Meal Replacement Shake, Multi Protein Powder, 17.6 oz

Two caveats- I use it with whole milk and I eat unlimited fresh fruits and vegetables when I use this plan. I try not to eat too much, not even fruit, but it makes the plan as close to perfect as possible. For me, the first two days were easy, but by the third day, I was too hungry to not eat fruit. Rather than give up because I'm not perfect, I found a healthy compromise using some hints from past Weight Watchers meetings about unlimited fruits and vegetables. The weight loss is slower, but it's steady. Most important to me is that it is healthy. It takes away all of my carb cravings, except my sweet tooth, which is satisfied by the fresh fruit. I'm 52, and and say this, combined with Weght Watchers past or present, is as perfect as can be.

Almased has been a Godsend. It really works. This helped me to quickly loose 10 pounds over the last month. I usually mix COLD coffee, (hot coffee will kill the enzymes) with Vanilla soy milk, a dash of vanilla extract, monk fruit sweetener and viola! I'm full for several hours. I had added olive oil and seed as recommended by their website but when I took those out, I was able to break through a plateau. I haven't been this weight in 2 years so I'm pretty happy. My liver feels better too and I have more energy. And as much as I like vanilla the Plain flavor taste best to me.
