My 3 year old is autistic and has food aversion so he basically eats the same thing everyday . Which he really ain’t getting his fiber. I saw that this kidz bar have fiber and wanted to give it a try. My 3 year old loved them I was so happy because that’s another food I can do to the list that he loves. Although there is a kid on the packaging, I (adult), love these. They are my favorite "junk bar". I used to eat the Quakers choc chop cereal bars but wanted something a little healthier. These took a bit to get used to the totally different texture but they are so good. Worth the extra monies.
