Started good, but 2 months later it doesn't work.

It was beautifully colored, but it only lasted 2 months. Now it doesn't stay diffusing. No customer service to help replace it. Had I bought it in the store, I would have had recourse. I will buy a new one from somewhere that will stand behind their product, without having to purchase additional coverage.
