I make sure I add the mint refreshers that come in the bottle to the next until I get to about three of them because the scent is a little overpowering to me. If you like sardines or seafood mixes it its fine. The benifits outweigh that one problem, hey we're all different. The fact that EVERY mineral CAN be traced to their source is what I'm talking about, and everything seems to be addressed regarding the way my new system now works. Try it!
