Need 2 in your freezer

This product reminds me of that spinach dip you can get at your local spot. I add some artichokes after warning up and use them for a dip. I have also made some Cannelloni - Crepes work great for this one. Stuffed Shells may be another option too (have not tried that one yet). I order them 2 at a time. You never know who will want a chip without Salsa. Or a husband that will eat it right off the container.

Frozen side dish with steakhouse energy

I did not expect to have a full steakhouse flashback from a frozen box, but here we are. This creamy spinach bake is so good, rich, velvety, and perfectly seasoned. It honestly reminds me of the creamed spinach at Lawry's in Chicago. Yes, I said it. It heats up easily, comes out creamy (not watery), and feels way more indulgent than a freezer side has any right to be. If you want “I made a fancy dinner” vibes without actually doing anything fancy, this is it. Highly recommend keeping one in the freezer for when you want restaurant-level comfort without restaurant-level effort.

Creamy Spinach

This Birds Eye Creamy Spinach bake surprised me with its taste in a good way. I made some rice to go with this and some Italian meatballs. I also made some garlic bread from scratch as a side. You can also make a meatball sub using the creamy spinach as a topping. Delicious!
