Sharper Image® Remote Control Rover Antigravity Floor Wall-Ceiling Crawler, 2.4 GHz Long Range, White

I was shocked at how small it was when we opened it. When I picked it up I was afraid that my son and I would grab it to hard and break it. We got it to work, but it was very loud. This was the least of our issues. First, the black material around each wheel began to get stretched out and started coming off the tires. Next, an actual tire came off. After this, the piece underneath the rover that kept the three tires on one side connected broke and we only had 5 working wheels. Lastly, the fan also stopped working and the rover could no longer climb walls. My son had it for four days with miminal play time and it is getting returned. Good idea, but VERY poor quality. Picture one shows the tire damage. Picture two shows the broken wheels, and picture three shows what it is supposed to look like.

im so disappointed and upset with this. my son was so excited when he opened his present and excited to play with it, just to be let down completely it was delivered broken in the box. I really wanted to put 0 stars but it wont even give you that option. I dont even know who to call or report it to to get a replacement or refund.
