There's a bit of a learning curve and it's not something I can use everyday for my quick coffee. This will be reserved for the weekends or days that I'm off and not in a rush. Great machine. I like the froth on my latte, the husband loves the cappuccinos and I like that there are customized settings for each of our drinks.

I love this machine but the ONLY complaint I have is the power plug. Whoever designed this needs to rethink the design. The plug sticks way out straight so you cant put the machine in front of cord to hide it espe ially if its in a spit where you have limited space. Please design it so the cord faces downward.
