Works as part of a lifestyle change

It helps!!!

Im loving this product. I dont eat many carbs and when I do, I tend to gain weight almost immediately. Not anymore!!! I take 2 capsules during or right after any carbs Ive eaten and Im finally able to hold my weight steady and continue in my weight loss journey!
