Nice Washing Machine

I bought this washer a year ago, and while I think it does a pretty decent job washing, there are some tricks I found out when I checked with the company . First, make sure all your items are around the plate and that center is left cleared - that is how the machine knows how much water to use. Second, if you don't think you are getting enough water, you can use the Bulky setting and then adjust the spin speed, etc. That will add more water to accommodate the load. Third, all the cycles will add bleach to your load if you want to wash some delicates but also want to add bleach. After I learned some of these tricks, it made doing laundry easier.

Don't waste your money or time

First, let me tell you I did my research before purchasing this washer a few years ago. I have two boys so I do lots of laundry. The pros to this washer is you can do a large load of clothes. The one thing I hate about it is it gets un-level ALL THE TIME. Even for regular loads, and especially if you wash blankets and bedspreads and sheets a lot. It is SO annoying. It's a total time waster as you have to babysit it on the spin cycle because if it gets un-level, it makes a God awful extremely LOUD banging noise and shakes the entire level of house it is located at. After the first year I had trouble with the pump that gets water out of the tub, told the technician about the leveling, and he assured me mine was level and said he gets those complaints about this washer all the time. It also doesn't get all the soap out at times during the rinse even though I use minimal soap. And forget about using bleach unless you have it on the bulky cycle and it fills up the entire tub with water or your clothes will come out like tie dyed garments.

Takes way to long to wash!

Does anyone else have the problem of taking 62 minutes to wash a light or moderate load of clothes. This machine is ridiculous and if we can't figure out how to wash clothes in a timely manner they can keep this thing and shove it!
