My first fountain pen and it makes me feel fancy. I did some research before buying. It's rated top five fountain pens for beginners. I recommend it. It's not to heavy, you don't have to write too light to prevent bold markings, it writes very smooth, and it looks very professional. It's a fine/medium tip. This item comes with the ink cartridges which is a perk. The ink cartridge was simple to insert.
