This cream is excellent for my elderly mother’s eczema and itchy rash from eczema. She has prescription steroid cream and her doctor recommended the Cerave it creams it has similar ingredients without steroids. It gives her much needed relief without steroids. The cream is also thicker than lotion for longer relief. I recommend this cream for anyone who has itchy skin.

This product was recommended to me by my dermatologist. I have eczema on my hands that flairs during allergy season and winter months. This cream provides quick itch relief when I need it the most. While it doesn't replace the steroid cream, it does a great job in-between those applications. The cream is thick but soaks in quickly. I typically find itch relief with minutes. Give this cream a try if you are suffering from similar symptoms.

Soothing Relief in Minutes - Highly Effective
CeraVe Itch Relief Cream is a lifesaver! Within minutes, the redness, itching, and pain were drastically reduced. One important tip, don't overapply. I noticed it worked best when I washed the area or bathed first, then applied a fresh layer. Reapplying over old layers seemed less effective. Great for dry, irritated, angry skin, steroid-free and gentle.
