Brewing directions:Hot tea: pour 1 cup of boiling water over a tea bag. Let steep 10 minutes or longer. Squeeze tea bag gently into cup. Great tea
I was working as a caregiver and would always bring a box with me to my clients homes. It was a great stress reliever and helped with sleep at bedtime. I have been drinking it for years and was very sad when my grocery store quit carrying it.

Sleep is Bliss
I have been using this product and I am so thrilled to say it WORKS to relax and sleep through the night. I have tried so many products to stay asleep through the last 3 years and all promised a good night sleep. Unfortunately, that was not the case and the feeling of being so off in the morning, which I am not experiencing with this tea. I hope this can help anyone else out there that wants something that works.. at least try it.

Need to relax, have a cup of tea
The level of stress now days is debilitating, so... when we get up and go to sleep, without fail, we enjoy a cup of relaxing tea and the benefit is ideal. Our sleeping has improved and our out look much more positive. Need to relax? Have a cup of tea!
