I enjoy having Tea tree Oil added to my toothpaste and mouthwash (I do it myself) because of the bacteria-fighting qualities of the oil. The fennel tastes marvelous and such a nice change from boring old mint. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Gentle on gums, often out of stock, high shipping

This is the only toothpaste that doesn't sting my gums (like mint does) . It has to be flavor 'fennel.' Often it is out of stock. When the health food store has it it is super expensive. Although the description says that it is free shipping, it is far from it. The Walmart cart shows the shipping cost as $60 for ordering two tubes of the toothpaste. I guess I'll just squeeze my current tube in small quantities. When I do find it listed at Walmart for a decent price, I always order 2 or more tubes.
