I switched to this because I recently had to have a tooth pulled and couldn't figure out why I kept getting cavities when I flossed and brushed as I should. I think people create problems to make money off it, hence toothpaste. Why tell someone sugar rots your teeth, but then sells you toothpaste to supposedly clean them and it's loaded with the very thing they say causes tooth decay! In all, I love it, no tooth sensitivity, no gum bleed, no smelly breath, no coating feel on my teeth even the next morning, even husband asked me how I get my breath so fresh, and that was in the afternoon!
