When my Chinese doctor recommended this tea, 25 years ago, nobody was taking it, and I had to go to Chinatown to buy it. No I can get it online through Walmart… Times change… It is special because, according to Chinese medicine, it helps remove fat from your stomach, and it does not become bitter, at all.

I love this tea

I discovered Prince of Peace Pu-erh tea when I gave up coffee a couple of years ago, and now drink 8 or 10 cups a day. It has an earthy taste (actually a little like dirt) and a somewhat unpleasant smell but I love the taste. I've been told that pu-erhis the basic tea used to make Earl Grey, to which they add oil of bergamot. I can't stand Earl Grey but give me my plain pu-erh anyday.
