Great idea.

I waa leary but dexidwd to at least try it, and was pleasantly surprised. I am in an assisted living apartment so,of course I don't have her a stove, so this is a perfect solution for me. The texture is a little different, but I don't find unpleasant in any way. I do advise that you salt it.

Delicious, handy for work lunch emergencies

These noodles are convenient, good value ( already cooked), and easy to store and prepare. I keep several at work with packets of tuna. If I didn't bring my lunch or can't run out to get lunch, I microwave the noodles and stir in a packet of tuna with about a tablespoon of mayo. Instant yummy!
