Love this brand of tea. I've tried the sienna without peppermint on it. It does the job but this one gives it a nice peppermint twist to it. I go back and forth between this and the original if I need help with BM. I Don't recommend drinking lon term as tour body might become too used to it but best to drink at night before bed so in the am you'll have full BM.
