Best pellets for Turkey

Gobble gobble is all you here at the table when you use this turkey kit. Filled full of flavor if you follow the directions. After years of using this I now get the are you smoking one of the turkeys this year (we do 2 to feed everyone). Try it you will not be disappointed. Even the wife says we should just do 2 smoked but I don't have the room on the Traeger.

This was great. We brined for about 40 hours, then rubbed it with butter, seasoned, trussed, and threw it in the smoker at 300. One thermometer in the leg and one in the breast. Took about 4 hours to cook, rested for 1 hour. Some of the best turkey we've ever had. A++++
