I really do like those pomegranates in the frozen ones oh they're just wonderful and I know there was so berries, but I mix them with a par type breakfast and put it in the icebox. You'll make a few you know like four of them just stick them in the icebox and have one for breakfast. It's really high in vitamins and minerals and it gives you a lot of stamina. Put some pounds back on you when you lost too much weight.

This yogurt is as good as, if not better than, the brands that cost twice as much. Super creamy, satisfying mouthfeel and if you want something like ice cream? Stick it in the freezer for @30 minutes. You'll want to keep an eye on it so it doesn't completely freeze solid but catch it in the middle and it's delicious! It also freezes well and is a bit lower calorie and sugar if you mix in some SF Cool Whip. Just Google “yogurt and cool whip pie” if your interest has been piqued. (You won't be disappointed.) I didn't give five stars across the board only because it has a bit too many calories (imo) to be eaten as a snack. I think you'd find yourself having trouble sticking to the recommended serving size. That's all. Wish I could tell you that the Light version of this product is just as good and that you won't notice a difference. But I'm not a liar. Maybe if you only ever bought the light? Something to consider before buying, definitely. Because once you have this one you won't want to go back to the GV light version!
