This is one of the best childproofing locks for a deadbolt. There is no drilling, nor does it damage the door or lock. It was very easy to install, only taking 5 minutes to do so. My toddler boys always seem to figure out or break the childproofing items I have bought, but this item is hands down the best one out there on the market. It is very easy to install, and it completely blocks the deadbolt lock, making the process of opening the door extremely difficult for any of my children.
