Cracks fast; doesn't recognize fingerprints

The screen protector was relatively easy to apply. However, issues started cropping up within a day of use - the tempered glass cracked within just two days of use, and this was when tucked away in a generously padded backpack. Also, the listing advertises the protector as "Fingerprint ID Compatible," but my Galaxy S22 failed to recognize my finger after numerous troubleshooting attempts.
