I had read excellent reviews from the medical establishment that I follow about the wonders of DMSO for pain relief and healing. I have heel pain due to plantar fasciitis and while I do get some temporary relief it isn't the miracle that I was hoping for. The smell of the cream is pleasant and I do notice some relief. Maybe best suited for occasional minor aches but not so much for my chronic pain. I wouldn't dissuade anybody from using it. It just wasn't strong enough for me personally.
