The Clean Breakfast Staple I Keep Coming Back To

Really happy to find this at Walmart. It's a clean, wholesome cereal that actually keeps me full and feeling good. The sprouted grains make it hearty without being heavy. My only wish is that they carried more of the varieties Food For Life makes. Still very thankful this one is available and I'll definitely keep buying it!

This is just an excellent product. Great option for Breakfast. Has an excellent low glycemic index. Is a whole, unsprouted grain. Tastes good. Partners up well with strawberries. Excellent source of nutrients. It is shelf stable, but follow the storage directions. It is good for kids, but may be an aquired taste.

It makes a great and healthy substitute for "cobbler topping" when one wants to avoid the sugar and simple carbs of things like blueberry cobbler. That is, I mix some plain non-sweetened yogurt with cooked down-to-compote blueberries and then add some of the Ezekiel cereal. Add some stevia and mix and you would think you were eating blueberry cobbler. Great crunch.
