this is great but if you have issues lifting any kind of weight more then the drink itself it is pretty heavy. but on that note this is amazing. i have cats and they have put this mug through fire and brimstone. (two teen cats) didnt spill did great on hold up and its flat mat black no shine! built great but if you have restrictions id stay with the plastic ones!
