Feeding Tips: Changes in your pet's feeding habits should be made gradually. When changing over to Premium Dog Food, substitute small amounts of Premium Dog Food in place of your pet's current food. Over the next 7-10 days, increase the amounts of Premium, while decreasing amounts of the other food, until your pet has 100% Premium Dog Food. Puppies: Weaning: Puppies begin to eat solid food at 3 to 4 weeks of age. Add warm water to soften the food. Feed pups all the moistened Premium Dog Food they will consume at several intervals throughout the day. After 8 weeks reduce the moisture amount until feeding only Premium Dog Food. Growth: Have Premium Dog Food available at all times. After one year, follow adult feeding instructions. Reproduction: Food consumption may vary throughout gestation and lactation. During gestation, feed the amount to maintain the weight of the pregnant female. During lactation, feed 3 to 4 times normal intake. Because Premium Dog Food is complete and balanced, there is no need to supplement with any vitamins, minerals, oils, scraps or any other pet food. Remember to always keep fresh, clean drinking water available for your dog. Have your dog checked by a veterinarian regularly. Storage Instructions: Store in a cool dry place away from sources of heat or moisture. Close package tightly to maintain freshness.
