    Great product horrible customer service

    I love their products and have been buying them for years and will definitely continue to buy them. I will find a store again to get them from because their costumer service sucks! I am not able to call during the day because of my job so I had to call at night and leave a message because they put 2 charges through and it should have only been one. I called 5 times and left messages with a call back number and other details and not once did I get a call or email back from them but finally it was taken off my cc! But their products are amazing just too bad their customer service doesn't match that!
