I love this for bedtime routine! When I start a bath for my little ones, I pour a bunch of this in and the bubbles are great. The scent is amazing and it makes their skin so soft. I'm not too sure about how much it comes them down lol but they love it and so that makes me happy too.

I can say for kids that suffer from really bad skin, eczema or even cracky dry skin. You can take your kids a bath with us. let them play in the bath, and they will not get irritated.
