Didn't get the correct pencils, Contacted seller

The pencils pictured looked cool for my nephew; however, the ones I received were much more pastel in color (pictured below). I contacted the seller, who said they were going to investigate and that was a week and a half ago. I finally just returned the pencils. I gave two stars because they were shipped quickly.
