"Freezer burnt my face"

I got them on sale and they do a decent job/ however they warm up pretty quick// also they did "freezer burn" im not sure how else to phrase it, im used to using these types of products so i let it sit out for about 2-3 minutes before putting them on my under eyes and the burnt so i took them off immediately and noticed that evening red puffy spots on my under eyes where the patches had been.
