So I would not advise this but I usually have a about five gummies per night. I noticed that since I started my skin looked so good. Turns out a quick Google search says that it is anti aging! I'm guessing melatonin, sleep, beauty rest. But these work and taste so good. They are so juicy they taste better than any gummies candy. They encourage a light natural sleep and no hang over the next morning.

Others I have tried either did not taste good, or would get hard to the point that it was difficult to chew them. They help me get to sleep when I need it, and I would recommend to others.
