The comfort of the gel egg create is amazing yes once you open it you have to let it sit for 72 hours to that it can expaned to its size but its worth the wait. The expandability is amazing after the 72 hours. My partner and I love that it is firm but not to firm and when it comes out of the package it does have a little smell but nothing that's over powering, The instructions that comes with it even lets you know that it will have a slight odor but nothing that smells bad.

I would recommend this item, but with caution, I did return this item because it triggered my allergies heavily due to the chemical smell even after airing out the mattress cover every day since I received it, If not for this problem I assure everyone I would have kept it.
