I have major sinus issues, allergies, 4 surgeries, sinus infections etc. These work amazing at relieving pressure, clearing sinuses, and getting rid of the 'sinus headache'. They work better than the brand name that rhymes with blyneol. They taste good too. If u have sinus issues get these.
