A nurse recommended this to me. I get those red blotches on my forearms because of thinned blood (by medication). Biotin can speed up healing process and it has done so. Also there are some side effects, which by the way are not negative. Biotin will help your nails grow faster as well as your hair. In my case I can say those side effects are working. As always with any medications or supplements such as Biotin, touch base with your doctors.

I have been using these since 2021 my hair has never been this good and in it's best condition and my skin is great. My mom got post Covid hair loss, this Biotin combined with Collagen type I, II, III, IV, X helped her transform the hair loss to a gead of hair in about 7 months. No it doesn't work overnight, but with time I hope you have the same results! I highly recommend this product!!!!

i have been taking the 10,000mcg of Biotin gel caps for years and they have really worked for me. i have seen a difference in the growth of my hair and nails! i would recommend them to everyone that have slow growth of hair and nails! I take 1 gel cap every morning .
