Fun to build, but no how-to instructions!

We bought it for our 2 grandkids, ages 6 (girl) %26 8 (boy). Definitely not for the 6 year old. The kit has zero instructions it only came with a spec sheet. So, we really had to think it through every step of the way. The only reference we had to go on was the picture of the doll house on the box. It was challenging for our grandson, but he figured it all out. He corrected any mistakes along the way but never gave up and he was very happy with the results. Our granddaughter mainly applied the decorative furniture stickers that came with the kit. I was so proud of both our grandkids! I would highly recommend including instructions, similar to Lego instructions. It summary, it was fun working together, but the house and furniture pieces are not really sturdy enough to actually play with it. Very light weight, however it does look beautiful.

Pros: price point is great for a small dollhouse that is for an older child that won't be too hard on it. It was easy to put together, and came with extra pieces which was nice in case anything breaks. Also nice that it comes with accessories . Cons: it is not very durable with all the walls and floors being cardboard. The doll that comes with it is too big for the furniture, but we were able to use dolls we already had that were smaller. Overall, it is what I expected for the low price point. Very affordable.
