Barney Butter Almond Meal, 13 Oz

We used to buy great Almond Meal from Trader Joe's, which is no longer available at their stores. We have tried several brands of other almond meal that didn't even come close to the great flavor we were used to. Finally, we found the Barney Almond Meal. We brush melted coconut oil on skinless boneless chicken breasts and sprinkle almond meal to coat the chicken and then bake. We call it our Kentucky Fried Chicken. It's pretty great! Thanks to iHerb for carrying this great product and to the Barney corp for making such a fresh and tasty product, with no additives.

I love this almond flour - very good quality, pure, aromatic, clear vegetable protein that is certified paleo, KETO, vegan and beehive, a universal substitute for wheat flour - ideal for meat and vegetables, protein pancakes, desserts and French pasta Expensive, but worth it if you need a low carb - just try it!
