As someone who is of polish descent, I've found that most name brand kielbasas can be quite flavorless and often times too greasy, but this was the closest thing I've found to the authentic kind I would usually buy at a polish store. Tastes great cooked on a cast iron with onions or used for an easy weeknight sheet pan recipe. 10/10!
