Excellent way to add a bright fresh zesty lemon %26 lime flavor to any food or drink. I enjoy it in my yogurt and iced tea, among other items. It's a bit pricy but considering it is fresh crystallized juice and it only takes a little bit to brighten up any food that is enhanced by citrus, I will keep using it.
