Seems to be good quality for vitamin E. As others have noted, the cap is the kind that you'd use for a squeeze bottle and this bottle doesn't squeeze, so I open the cap and pour it. Wish it were a little cheaper. I use it by itself or added to other oils/lotions.

this is fantastic for my beard my biggest concern was i thought it would be thick and sticky but it aint couple drops on my beard and its easily absorbed and pretty fast dosent leave a nasty oily residue at all
