    Can't sharpen easily

    It requires sharpening, but can't be sharpened easily. It's lined with a plastic case. Otherwise it applies well and lasts on the eyes but since it can't be sharpened, the tip wears down quickly which makes it very expensive.

We recommend you sharpen this with our Make-up Masters 3-in-1 Sharpener from our sister brand, CoverGirl, or equivalent. If your sharpener blade feels dull or it’s hard to sharpen, replacing it usually helps. We don’t suggest refrigerating or freezing the pencil, as that can affect its performance.     Does not sharpen!!!

    Bought this product YESTERDAY. Tried it on while it was pre-sharpened - tip immediately snapped (I used minimal force). I tried to sharpen it in multiple different ways, and used as many sharpeners as I could find. Leaves rough, wooden edges, and product snaps off. Would not repurchase.
