It provides a great source of fiber and 5 essential vitamins and minerals to get your digestive system on track. It has natural sugar of 24 grams with no added preservatives. Great source of vitamin C as this prune juice is non artificial as it is an extract of dried prunes. It only has 180 calories per serving. As we age our digestive system tends to slow down making prune juice great for the body!

This is very yummy juice. If you don't like it at first, if you keep taking sips throughout the week eventually you will grow a taste to it and enjoy it. We use it to help detox the family. It's just very healthy to drink. A good way to get used to it as well if you're not liking the taste or the texture, is to add about 2 tablespoons of this two Cran grape juice. And then continue to add more.
