These sausages remind me of what we ate during my childhood. The flavor surpasses any other sausage you can buy or consume. They are soooo good. I would like to do a commercial for this company. I like to combine this sausage with egg, cheese, and green bell peppers on bread 🍞. What a delight to sink my teeth in these sausages. No after taste...no worries of distaste...just pure good old fashioned sausages with a modern contemporary feeling of fulfillment. Lucy Shinn

The box was a little soft when they arrived. I have been using this brand for years. I think it will be a good idea in the summer to bring all frozen and refrigerate items in a cooler with some ice. I got these into the freezer asap. I think they will be ok, but want know till I open to use. That may be a couple of weeks. I am working on a box I already had in my freezer. It's just me, so I can't eat a box of 30 within a few weeks.
