easy to put together

Unfortunately, 2 of the shelves were broken at the edges. I went ahead and kept it because it was only about 1" x 6" and I think the shelves will still hold up. This is my only complaint. They are particle board, so just know this might happen to your box too. The shelf unit, however, seems very sturdy. It was amazingly easy to put together! Just have a mallet on hand.

Great and sturdy shelves.

These shelves are very sturdy. I bought 2 and decided they are so sturdy, to buy another one to replace another shelf that is wobbly. These are also so easy to adjust the shelf placement too. Only down fall is - for my purposes, I am short one level on each unit. Wish there was a way to buy an additional shelf without having to buy another entire unit. If there was I would buy 3 shelves if it was a savings in comparison to buying another unit and having extra pieces laying around.

GRENT SHELF UNIT, CHALLENGIING TO ASSEMBLE

I hired your recommended handyman to assemble the unit. Thankfully he could modify it in order to get it assembled. The top half of the unit hooks onto the bottom half. Instructions show 2-3" overlap. Overlap is 1" at the most. Some holes were slightly off. Handyman needed to use mallet to pound cross member pieces into place. The average person could NEVER get the unit together. Now that it is assembled, it is sturdy, looks good and works well in my storage locker.
