Sturdy unit perfect for tight space
Out of necessity was assembling in tight space so was a bit more time consuming than might have been otherwise. Still was able to get the entire thing put together on my own (70 yo female) using a rubber mallet. Took my time and actually filled the shelves as I built it. Possibly not the way it was expected to be done, but had to do it due to space limitations. Worked out fine.

Easy to assemble- messing hardware received
I bought two storage shelves and both arrived very quickly. We also noticed during the assembly that the brackets to install the shelves stacked vertically. I contacted the company via email and requested the missing hardware. I received the hardware within a week, and was able to continue the installation. It is annoying that they do not include the brackets in every box, and are waiting for customers to contact them. In a long run, it will cost high with losing customers.

Good shelves for the price point
The shelving unit is a grwat value for the price. the frame work is sturdy enough once you get multiple shelves installed. my only suggestion would be to have an additional support along the center of the shelves. the shelves tend to dip in the center.
