Heritage Arts 36-Piece Colored Pencil Set

Worth purchasing. I never used this brand before. I would purchase again.

1) delivery person left package on my lawn instead of my porch, as per my written instructions. it rained before I found the pkg. mailing envelope and thin cardboard box fell apart when they were opened. 2) 36 pencil set, rec'd 35. EVERY PENCIL had the points broken off below the wood. the wood on the pencils was split everywhere, on every pencil, and the color cores were smushed all up and down the outside of each pencil. i wanted to take photos, and return the pencils, but yesterday was garbage day, and someone in my household threw them out. the split wood could have been because the pkg soaked thru from the rain, but not the dirty parts or the broken tips. these were supposed to be brand new. they looked like factory rejects that were then run over by a forklift 10x. minus 25 stars.
