Stop Use Indications
Stop use and ask a doctor if: pain gets worse or lasts more than 21 days, redness or swelling is present in the painful area, fever occurs, skin irritation occurs, any new symptoms appear. These could be signs of a serious condition. Stop use if you experience any of the following signs of stomach bleeding: feel faint, have bloody or black stools, vomit blood, or if you have stomach pain that does not get better. Stop use immediately if you have symptoms of heart problems or stroke: chest pain, trouble breathing, leg swelling, weakness in one part or side of body, or slurred speech.

Daily for your arthritis pain: Use 4 times per day every day. Do not use on more than 2 body areas at the same time. Per Dose: Use ENCLOSED DOSING CARD to measure a dose. For each upper body area (hand, wrist, or elbow) – Squeeze out 2.25 inches (2 grams). For each lower body area (foot, ankle, or knee) – Squeeze out 4.5 inches (4 grams).
Instructions
Use up to 21 days unless directed by your doctor. Not for strains, sprains, bruises, or sports injuries. This product has not been shown to work for these types of injuries. Do not use more than directed or for longer than directed. Apply only to clean, dry skin that does not have any cuts, open wounds, infections, or rashes. Do not apply in same areas as any other product. Do not apply with external heat such as a heating pad. Do not apply a bandage over the treated area.

I was a little skeptical about getting this. not because of it not being a name brand which great value is a name brand. I was hesitant on getting it because I have tried so many different arthritis roll-ons and creams and different things and they just do not even touch the pain in my knees. I have not tried patches but I did get this because Voltaren is quite expensive to get without knowing it works. but I was completely surprised by how good the equate arthritis pain reliever gel really works. and I will continue to use it. I would tell anyone who has arthritic knee pain or any kind of arthritic pain try it it really works. I just continue to rub it into the skin until it's absorbed and rubbing it helps a lot creates that heat friction...

This pain relievers works just as well as the name brand but costs quite a bit less money. Definitely get my moneys worth with this equate product just like all the other equate products I've used they work just a well as the national brands but significantly less money and these days who can afford to throw money down the drain
