Supposedly less lead than the big name brand.
Supposed to have lower lead content than the other brands. It has no flavor, which is alright with me. Dissolves well in water. I use a plastic water bottle and a funnel, then throw away the plastic water bottle. Yes, I know I'm lazy but I hate trying to clean psyllium husks off glass and other reusable drinking containers. 😆

Its a fiber supplement
This stuff might be good for you and all, but it will gas you up some kind of fierce. Once you mix it with any liquids the clock starts ticking; so you better drink up or it will lump up on you. Small doses will move things; trust me...LOL.
