I'm also pleased to say that the new soy wax blend delivers minimal soot, delivering a clean and satisfying burn each and every time you decide to light up. Now the most important part of my review and the bit that every scented candle enthusiast wants to know... the fragrance. The much desired gourmand, indulgent and decadent notes are all here and each one throws beautifully around your home and lingers long after its been extinguished. Yes, it's a foodie fragrance but what this candle does is deliver on all of the scent notes from its key ingredients, the type of aromas you'd expect to experience in a popular local bakery and propels it throughout the comfort of your own home. Ideal for the kitchen, your popular cinnamon and spice notes are all here but are blended exceptionally well with the warm pumpkin apple baked goodness that simply permeates beautifully throughout your home. This fragrance reminds me of the Yankee Candle good old days when the fragrances performed and were simple yet effective in delivering the fragrance experiences we all long reminisced for and why we fell in love with the brand in the first place. I just wish Yankee Candle would release more of these gourmand pumpkin, apple, spiced scents in the UK marketplace similar to those readily available in the USA. If this candle marks the starting point of what's to come from Yankee Candle UK moving forward then get excited. Get VERY excited. Spiced Banana Bread is an exceptional conceptive take on the real thing and will be sure to delight and pleasantly surprise your family and friends visiting you this Autumn and Winter.
